PILOT STORY

Viktor graduated from Pilot's college in 1981 and participated in his first National Championship the following year.   Since then, he has received numerous medals nationally and internationally, for both Aerobatics and Glider Aerobatics.

In addition to being a top aerobatic pilot, he is also qualified as an International Judge and is test pilot for the Sukhoi Design Bureau who manufacture the Sukhoi 26, 29 and 31.

Here are some of his International Category 1 achievements:

World Aerobatic Championships

2005 – ranked 3rd freestyle
2005 – ranked 8th male
2003 – ranked 1st freestyle
(was “hors concours” for the title as he was an independent competitor)
1998 – ranked 5th male
1996 – ranked 1st overall

European Aerobatic Championships

2006 – ranked 4th overall
2004 – ranked 7th overall
2002 – ranked 4th overall
